Jay Wafer

A fitness professional for more than 10 years, born in Washington D.C and raised in Baltimore, Maryland attended Towson University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology concentrating in Exercise Science. Jay participated in collegiate and recreational sports and was also recognized as an emerging scholar upon graduating in 2014. In his spare time, Jay enjoys reading motivational based novels, fishing, hiking, and is also an automotive enthusiast. Jay continually devotes much of his time and efforts helping those seeking to improve their lifestyle through fitness. Current fitness and or relevant certification(s): ACE-CPT, AAA-I, CSNC, ISSA-SSC.


Shay Forde

Shay is a passionate and dedicated fitness trainer and professional who strives for greatness and to bring out the best in everyone. She currently attends UAGC pursuing her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and enjoys cooking new delicious recipes and watching a good netflix series in her free time. Another fun fact about Shay is that she used to be a client of Ideal Fitness and is now a major part of the team helping those start and continue their fitness journeys! Current fitness and or relevant certification(s): ISSA-CPT.


Chad Schultz

Chad has been a long time exercise and fitness enthusiast since the age of 14 inspiring and motivating others to live healthier lifestyles through fitness. His dedication and passion for helping others has enabled him to transform the lives of many while working Ideal Fitness. Current fitness and or relevant certification(s): ISSA-CPT.
